The Bill

Bill is the eldest of five siblings, and was raised between the island of Corsica and New Orleans, Louisiana, and has been an artist for all of his life. After earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting, he transitioned into life as a working artist, forging careers in the restaurant industry in management, as a sommelier, and in luxury retail as a professional shopper. 

All the while, he continued to pursue his art. While Bill lives in New York City full-time, he makes regular pilgrimages to New Orleans to spend time with family and close friends.

On top of all of this, Bill is also an avid home-chef. One of his favorite meals to prepare is a family recipe: Kibbeh, a croquette made from meat, bulgur wheat, and a secret spice blend.
