The Dina

Dina moved from Moldova to New York City in 1997 and worked for a non-profit organization in Brighton Beach. Later, she helped look after a Jewish family's 11 children. After her husband passed away, Dina discovered the JASA center and began volunteering, which improved her life and gave her a new purpose. She still volunteers with the older adult center and even started taking art classes there
