The Elizabeth II

Elizabeth has a natural affinity for interacting with people and found her calling in Human Resources, where she spent over twenty-five years helping employees of NYC Health + Hospitals understand their benefits. Now retired, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, immersing herself in different cultures, and indulging in her passion for singing and dancing. During the pandemic, Elizabeth and her husband felt the impact of isolation and joined their local JASA older adult center to connect with others in their community.

The JASA center has enabled the couple to maintain their active way of life. They participate in exercise programs, attend various classes, and socialize at parties. Elizabeth, who describes herself as a party animal, particularly enjoys music, dancing, and meeting new people. She also appreciates the delicious food offered at the center and enjoys the welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
